| Manufacturing Facilities |
Union constructed a state of the art pharmaceutical facility, a three storied building with a foundation five storied and 5 thousands sqft floor, at Karmapara 1/A, Savar, Dhaka.
We have achieved GMP and ISO certifications. Our manufacturing utilizes highly sophisticated machine and equipment that enable us to produce the best in class pharmaceutical products that we are committed our patients and caregivers. Our plant offer multiple production lines and we are set up to manufacture the following dosage form, (i) Tablet, (ii) Capsule (iii) Oral Liquid, (iv) Oral Dry Suspension & Pediatrics Drops, (v) Topical Cream/Ointment/Powder (vi) Ophthalmic Ointments, (vii)Ophthalmic Drops & (viii) Injectable for most therapeutic classes. We are planning to introduce Soft Gelatin Capsule and I.V. Fluid preparations both in liquid and powder form in the near about. We are continually upgrading and standardizing our facilities, equipment and processes to meet and exceed both national and international standard. |
| Quality Control & Quality Assurance |
Union’s reputation is built on developing and delivering quality products with proven therapeutic efficacy in the market place. Our processes are set up, validated and certified to ensure raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate products and finished products meet the required specifications as per
international pharmacopoeia.
Our quality control laboratories are well equipped with modern sophisticated equipment like HPLC, Dissolution Test Apparatus, infrared Spectrophotometer, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, Kari Fisher Auto Titration etc.  As a result, we are capable to isolate and analyze accurately in parts per billion for highly sophisticated multi-component drugs. We also have a modern Microbiological Laboratory and Sample Retention Facility. Our Quality Assurance department is inspecting and assuring the total process from receiving of materials to release of finished products as per GMP guidelines. Simultaneously QA and QC departments are working in an unprecedented way ensuring quality of our drugs. |
